When life is complicated by personal, family and global strife, we often find music as an oasis. Particularly music that speaks to the soul and helps us create light for ourselves along our paths toward our highest humanity. A humanity which reaches past difference toward inclusion and love for all.
Excited to perform together, Tina Malia and GuruGanesha decided their intention for the tour was to honor and blend each other’s musical styles – and, to create a space where strife was silenced for a few hours, allowing this light to shine.
“In a time of darkness, this tour is to offer a space of light for all of the people in the world who need it,” reflects Tina. “Music has the power to open people’s hearts and every heart has a different lock on it. When I perform, it is the vibe that the audience gives me while I play that helps me feel which key to use to open the hearts in the room – musically.”
GuruGanesha adds with a smile, “This tour is about kindness and joy! The Aquarian Age is not just about tolerating or even appreciating the differences in the way we walk the path. It’s about celebrating our diversity. And, what a better way to celebrate that diversity than to sing each other’s songs and sacred words.”
